YOU PURCHASED A WRONG SIZE / ARE YOU NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

* You can proceed with the exchange of your item as long as it is intact, unused (except for the first test) and still has the original label or original box.

The return of the item must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. In the event that the return request is made after 14 days from receipt of the order, Different reserves the right to refuse the exchange / refund request.

The shipping costs will be at your expense and you will need to provide us with a tracking number. The company will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns without identifiers and traceability and will also not be held responsible for packages that have been tampered with.

Prepare the package as per instructions:

    • Place the goods in the original packaging.
    • Insert the completed return form inside the package containing the goods to be returned.

  • Apply the waybill provided by the courier to the package (keep and send the tracking number relating to your order number for the return request to info@differentonlinestore.com).

Once we have received your package at our warehouse, we will proceed with the change of the garment and the return (or refund) within 10 days.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you have found an irregularity in the order received (faulty product, item different from the one ordered) send an email to info@differentonlinestore.com following these instructions:

Indicate in the subject of the email the order number and the problem encountered (DEFECTED / WRONG PRODUCT & ORDER NUMBER.

Describe the irregularity in the body of the email.

Provide a phone number to contact you on.

Attach clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect product.

You will be contacted within 24 / 48h by our staff to solve the problem and to organize the resolution of the problem.

FOR ANY OTHER REASON DO YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT?

Send an e-mail to info@differentonlinestore.com with these specifications: SUBJECT: PRODUCT TO RETURN / ORDER NUMBER

In the body of the email indicate the product you want to return, the reason and if you want to replace it with another product or receive a refund; provide your telephone number and our staff will contact you within 24/48 hours to solve the problem.

NB: - The return of the goods is at your expense and you can use any shipping service. Remember to provide and keep the Tracking Number (identification code of the shipment, provided by the courier) - Any shipment of the new product is charged to Different.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree n. 206/05, given the purchase made remotely and therefore outside the business premises, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.

* ATTENTION: Customized products such as jewelry or accessories CANNOT be changed, it is allowed to exercise the right to repair if the product has obvious manufacturing defects.
